SURVEY 1 AFUW Inc This survey will enable the national Registrar to keep our records up-to-date. Even if you have completed a form like this previously, you are asked to complete and return this one. Some of your information and contact details [especially email address] may have changed since the last one. It is vital for any organisation, and a legal requirement under the laws of Incorporation, to keep records up-to-date. You are also asked to indicate a particular field of interest in which you are interested and/or willing, to participate in, a discussion group when required. This is all about increasing the profile of AFUW with the public, the Australian Government and the Australian Government Office for Women. Details are on the Form for the return of the completed form to the AFUW Registrar. AFUW-Q Inc members may return it to any Qld Branch or to AFUW-Q at a function. PRIVACY POLICY · The membership list will not be provided to any other organisation · No information on an individual member will be provided to a outside organisation or person without the specific approval of the member · Only the President, Secretary and Registrar should have access to the Register and no information on a member should be made available to any other member without the specific approval of the member concerned, or unless prior approval is given on the Register form.
